The Sage condominium was the beginning of a new wave of downtown development in St. Petersburg, Florida. This project began with a branded campaign months before breaking ground. The pre-sales center was designed to give perspective buyers a sense of the brand and its luxury lifestyle. The interior design of this space incorporated many of the branded elements and visual vocabulary that customers were seeing on the website and in other print and digital media. The Sage experienced as highly successful pre-construction sellout.
